today is my last night at tim hortons

Once again, i'm taking some time off to have some physio on my leg and hopefully work towards getting a desk job with the stress levels that I can handle. I'm very grateful to find out that I qualify for EI. I've worked just over the 700 hours that is required. This will be my first time collecting EI. I'm very grateful for this. Physio is very expensive and difficult, and the work that I was doing at tim hortons was negating the effect. 8 hours of standing on my feet and mopping floors was very hard on my calf muscle. I would start with a pain scale of 1 or 2 and end up the night with 7 or 8 and sometimes just absolutely unbearable. So I'm sad to leave the job, I felt stronger deperssion today and I ended up sleeping for an hour during the middle of the day. I woke up at a decent time, 7am, and avoided the 12-14 hours of sleep that I was having during the heights of my depression. I went to the gym which really helped today and it's part of my therapy recommended by my psychiatrist. I'm going to enjoy my work tonight, knowing that it is my last. peace out
